competes in the Masters M55\u201359 age category. His strongest disciplines are road and track cycling, although he has also achieved strong results in gravel and mountain bike racing.<\/p><p>T\u00f5nu has been involved in competitive cycling since the age of 11. In his youth, he represented the Estonian national team and later competed as part of the former Soviet Union Trade Unions track cycling team.<\/p><p>Some of his most significant recent achievements have come at the Masters Track World Championships, where he has finished 5th, 7th and 9th in different events. These results demonstrate the intensity of competition among the world's best Masters cyclists and provide motivation to pursue a World Championship medal.<\/p><p>Internationally, T\u00f5nu has also achieved podium finishes at the Lithuanian Winter Track Cup, successfully competing against significantly younger riders.\n\nIn Estonia, he is among the leading cyclists in his age category.
